How new technologies have brought García Requejo closer to its clients?

Captura 2

The times have long gone since the days when endless folders used to fill cabinets at offices. Since new technologies arrived to our lives, they have become an essential element in our day-to-day.

New technologies have succeeded in collecting all the information in just one device, fact which makes the daily work more efficient and brings different business opportunities.

In García Requejo we have implemented an ERP management program. Thanks to it, we are now able to gather together all the significant information such as projects, clients, bills or delivery notes, in order to streamline processes.

This enables us to have more control over our work, merge our clients’ documents, shorten times and give a better customer service.

Another system which helps us to reduce the gap between the company and our clients, is the creation of a private area. We launched it a few months ago in order to have our whole catalogue available any time anywhere.

One of the benefits of this private area is that users can check out our catalogue just with an Internet connexion. This makes a big difference from the previous ones in paper, as never gets obsolete, because we are continuously updating it with the latest designs.

In addition, the projects in which the brand is currently working can be also consulted, allowing to download key documents to take your projects to the next level in an easy and simple way.

Flexible working hours is another of the advantages of this new service. The catalogue will be available anytime and anywhere, making the private area also useful for customers coming from different time zones.

Thanks to these new systems, our company has improved the way we work and communicate with our customers, making it more effectively.

This inversion in ICTs has been a project co-financed by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
