The Prix, which recognizes the best commercial architecture projects annually, was given in Chile on April 14. The Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski (Havana) main characteristic is an extremely detailed and luxurius decoration. The building has a great patrimonial value, due to its location: the first commercial mall of Havana. It was built in 1894 with references to the european design at that time.
