García Requejo debuts at Euroluce

Euroluce

In April, Euroluce’s 31st edition, the International Lighting Exhibition, was held at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. This biennial event inspires the industry by showcasing the balance between technology and poetry in the use of light in architecture and design.

This year’s theme was ‘The City of Lights,’ where the power of imagination was harnessed to create an environment where emotions and knowledge converged. Visitors to our stand experienced this firsthand, as the space was filled with the magic of the theme that touched every corner.

While the house’s traditional style is still present in exclusive sets of ornamental lighting crafted through the blown glass technique, visitors discovered innovative technology and finishes in the different collections.

García Requejo novelties

Biophilic design was the main protagonist in this space, where birds, butterflies, dragonflies, and flowers created a space where the magic of light and blown glass converged. The vibrant and unexpected scene showcases our commitment to both tradition and innovation.

Our ornamental sets incorporate a lighting system into their design and are composed of both lamps and light scenes, suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.

Innovation thanks to Transfer

This was evident in a new generation of functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor furniture and lighting solutions. By applying the Transfer surface finish, our products replicate patterns with remarkable accuracy and are protected from corrosion and sunlight (yellowing). Transfer also allows for a wider range of aesthetic options, previously unseen in decorative design and providing great aesthetic value for architects, product designers, and interior designers as it gives the chance the widest range of aesthetics choice, never imagined before in decoration.

Visitors were also able to see the innovative technology and finishes that have made it possible to integrate UV-C technology into interior design and decoration for the first time thanks to Halo. This floor lamp combines decorative lighting with indoor air purification and disinfection in a completely safe way, even when the space is occupied. Its design seeks a symbiosis between air, nature, and light, evoking a totem pole and offering a unique and innovative solution to indoor air quality

We would like to thank all of you who came to discover the products and services presented at Euroluce, the leading event in the lighting industry.
