García Requejo company goes on with its growing plan, this time by reshaping their office to a more accessible one. An open space has been created, where ideas and interdepartmental communication flow.
With this refurbished, the office has been moved to the ground floor, becoming more accessible and wider, to be able to accommodate the new creative department. At the old facilities, remodelling works have created a meeting room, among other spaces.
One of the most representative changes that the company has experience is the showroom creation, with lighting and furniture items by the brand. The 95 square meter space is the ideal place to be visited by clients from all around the world, so they can have an idea of what the brand is able to do.
Both the office and the showroom have the latest LED and DMX technology. Thanks to DMX, the facilities lighting can be managed and controlled by a single computer. Lights can be scheduled to switch on and off, or programmed to create a special atmosphere depending on the moment, by changing LED strips colours.
With the intention of having more international presence and expanding into new horizons, a new creative department has been stablished by the brand. An industrial design engineer and an online marketing specialist work together to follow a strategy that consists in creating a more attractive corporate image. With this strategy, the brand wants to position itself on the digital environment. The design of new pieces, following the line which has characterized the brand, making the clients fall in love, is another of the keys of the strategy. In addition, the department has a 3D printer in order to create the prototypes of the designs which will later decorate the most exclusive hotels, or illuminate the most important international fairs. This is possible thanks to the latest software which had been acquired by the company.
With these changes, the company is becoming more competitive, as it can count on a permanent collection widely visited by eminent personalities from the sector, and a greater Internet presence thanks to the implementation of new technologies.
The investment on the new facilities and design assets has been a project co-financed by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
