Florida was the meeting point. From June 22 to 24, García Requejo took part in HOTEC Design 2026, a key international event for design firms and hospitality suppliers. Held at the exclusive Naples Grande Beach Resort, the gathering brought together the leading names in hotel design from across the U.S. for three days in an inspiring yet highly efficient setting.
HOTEC’s value proposition is clear: pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between professionals with active projects and carefully selected suppliers known for their innovation. In this curated format, our team had the opportunity to personally present the bespoke lighting solutions that define García Requejo’s work — solutions currently shaping luxury hotels worldwide.

Over breakfast, during coffee breaks, in shared sessions and informal moments, we heard firsthand the concerns of designers and architects, shared visions of the industry’s future, and laid the foundation for collaborations already taking shape.
In addition to one-to-one meetings, the event featured inspiring content and panels offering valuable insights into design, sustainability, technology and interior trends in the hospitality industry. It was a perfect environment to stay current and spark new ideas in a space that encourages open dialogue and knowledge exchange.
