The Confederation of Business Associations of Burgos (FAE) celebrates the Innovation Award every year, which is awarded in the categories of: Micro, Small Business and Medium Business. This year it is the eleventh edition of this call.
The FAE Award is focused on rewarding companies that have implemented important innovative measures which translate into competitive advantages (national and international), cost reduction and generation of greater satisfaction to external and internal customers, leading to obtaining better business results. In conclusion, the objective of this prize is to recognize the vocation in R + D + i of Burgos SMEs.
We are proud to announce that in this edition we were awarded the FAE Innovation Award in the Microenterprise category.
At García Requejo we have almost 60 years of experience and we participate in these awards with a project developed in the year in which the world stopped 2020, the objective was to develop lamps that could help society with the eradication of the virus, and that’s how Germiled was born, UVC lamps that eliminate viruses and bacteria from the environment and surfaces, we merge this project with the development of Augmented Reality and with an R + D + i development that is a Surface Treatment, with this we create a product that in addition to fulfilling an innovative function and special surface material, the use of augmented reality makes the user have a complete experience.
